The Queen's 90th Birthday

All our homes were decked out in red, white and blue as staff, residents and their relatives joined in the celebrations for Her Majesty the Queen’s 90th birthday. We had bunting hanging from walls and ceilings, we provided Union Jack party hats and the red, white and blue even extended to the plates and cups as we all enjoyed a special celebration tea. The occasion brought back memories for all our residents, and especially for those who are older than Her Majesty. Our pictures show residents in each of our care homes enjoying the celebrations.

• Thank you for all the kindness, understanding and care you have shown towards John in the last six months. It has been very much appreciated by both of us.
